1975 - Company Transformation: F.lli Ambrosio
S.a.s. Transports & Expeditions.
The company has already 15 trucks and manages cargoes all
over Italy.
´76-´87 - The company moves with the times
of its customers needs, structuring and strengthen itself
and laying the foundations of the strong financial and executive
existing structure.
The company becomes official supplier of great national industries,
and soon obtains high professionalism acknowledgments from
clients.
Such as Alfa Romeo, actually yet totally Italian, for which
the company managed all road production materials supply chain
and related activities, advancing of almost 20 years, the
concept of logistics operator toady used by Italian industrial
groups.
The increasing company development in this period assures
the same economic growth of services suppliers and affluence
spread among workers.
1988 - Ce.di.am.S.a.s. Foundation
(Ambrosio Distribution Centre) specialized in "Door
to Door" delivery of any kind of material and
in the management of customer different needs.
´89-´94 - In spite of italian economic
crisis of the period, the company is increasing in a very
opposing trend way. The continuous renewal of its vehicles
fleet, the attention to company structure, new technologies
investments, have been important to assure excellent services
to clients.
Company used particular cutting-edge information systems fit
out according to the different needs and provided of mobile
phones, the big innovation of the period.
Company already manages 45 heavy vehicles, 60 trucks, and
different engines and vans.
1995 - A.BA.CO. Srl was established
in Rivalta (TO) Interporto Sito.
The company manages the strategic materials movement and stocking,
spare parts and finished products, routes and/or buildings
feeding, distribution, using an integrated logistic cycle
based on the concept supplier/customer, Italian and stranger
groupage and urgent services all over Europe.
A first space of about 00 mq, will be soon unsuitable and
after this fast growth, company will reach a management of
over 25.000 mq storage area in the most strategic places and
near the most important Italian industrial settlements, specialising
itself in Automotive field.
1997 - F.lli Ambrosio S.A.S. Transports
and Expeditions Company obtains UNI EN ISO 9002 Quality
System Certification for national and international
transports and expeditions system.
The certification, among the fist in South Italy, was released
by CERTIQUALITY, CERTITRANS section, with declaration n°1044.
Few months later A.BA.CO. too obtained the ambitious quality
acknowledgement from the same organism, by n°1046 declaration.
2001 - As a natural consequence of other companies
and accordino to market evolution, A.Ba.Co.
Logistics srl was founded, a company that
exclusively manages the logistic support of partners companies.
Finished and semi-finished productions, movings to other suppliers
or to our warehouses for labelling, packaging, boxes service
for each deliverance, documents, picking and wrapping: they
are only some of all company activities in the vision of a
global and specific service for its client.
2002 - VISION 2000 updatings.
2005 - The company buys a new structure in Piemonte,
strenghting its presence in the area. Furthermore the consolidation
of already of durable collaborations and alliances with important
European partners allows any kind of service all over Europe.
The group has about 120 heavy vehicles, 160 semi-trucks, 15
heavy truck, daily, vans and vehicles of urgent services and
25.000 mq of indoor structures for any kind of need.
2006 - Thanks to an improvement of the already exsisting
alliance with FIAT Logistic partner TNT-AVRIL Spa, the company
consolidated its specialization in automotive field, directly
managing about 100 FIAT suppliers, the picking all over Piemonte
and Valle D'Aosta, the destination sorting to all capacity
areas, and the following entering to all ITLAY FIAT plants,
assuring goods flow according to time request and the following
management of empty picking vehicles.
